We Need Your Help!

Public involvement is a key component of any planning effort and is critical for truly understanding the priorities and needs in Glynn County. Establishing many ways for people to engage in the planning process ensures local knowledge is accessed and used in developing trail network recommendations and maximizes the opportunities for the public to embrace ownership of the recommendations. Hearing directly from community members with their firsthand user feedback is critical in understanding the nuances of current bicycle and pedestrian activity across Glynn County: what is working well, what are the opportunities for improvements, and what are the challenges to overcome. This opportunity to introduce and plan for regional connectivity between municipal neighbors and unincorporated Glynn County will provide access to regional commercial corridors, recreational hubs, and other popular destinations. Additionally, this planning study will promote cultural vibrancy by increasing equitable access to local parks, nature, and the community at large.

Please be sure to check this engagement site often to see how you can stay involved in the process!
