The Park Place district area has been identified as prime for redevelopment based on planned future transit, proximity to major thoroughfares, and ongoing public investment.

The Park Place Master Plan will create a community-driven framework for future development/redevelopment, transportation improvements, housing, open spaces, placemaking, public art, and more.
